Basecamp Amsterdam Hotel

The location was beautiful, right by a rugby stadium. Our room was cosy and warm with a patio, a fire place, for instance, just what we needed.

Lovely and fully equipped place with attentive staff and nice location so close to airport. Reasonably spacious and incredible room looking out at garden. A work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a dining area were nice. Location just next door to the restaurant, the nearest bus stop and Amsterdam city center. Fine stay, as always❤

Nestled in a serene location, the Superior Cabin, The Hideout offers an ideal retreat from city life. Our stay was mostly enjoyable, though we faced slight noise disturbances from nearby cabins. It's worth noting that the long walk from reception with luggage can be inconvenient. Still, this cabin experience immerses you in nature while remaining accessible.

The place also had a relaxing sauna and bike rental options to enhance my experience. The only small hiccup was the lack of some basic amenities like free water bottles, but overall, it was great

The cabins were clean and well-serviced daily, perfect for relaxation. Rent a bike for easy transportation around the area.

Charming Cabins with Room for Improvement

I stayed for two nights in a cozy cabin. While the accommodations felt a bit worn, the staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Be aware that the bar may be closed during off-peak seasons. Make sure your bike is in good condition before renting.

Perfect getaway with a bike!

We loved the cozy cottage! It's in a beautiful spot, but be ready for a bike ride to town. We rented bikes for a cool 30-min trip into Amsterdam. The picnic area was awesome for our family lunches. Just wish public transport was closer, that would've been super helpful!

Stayed in the Chalet two bedrooms hot tub The Lighthouse for three nights. The heated hot tub upon arrival was such a nice surprise! Clean and neat rooms. The friendly staff always had a smile. Enjoyed the bar, open late for unwinding after exploring. The stargazing at night was lovely. The food options were quite limited, a letdown. Also noticed some excessive noise that disrupted our peace. Loved the cozy vibe but hope for better dining choices next time.

Our family stayed at basecamp for 3 nights in the lighthouse chalet with a hot tub. The heated hot tub upon arrival was such a nice surprise!
